After three undeniable successful releases, Sync Forward presents its fourth come back, with another collaboration EP from the imprint owners, Fredy & DJoseph and Remotion.

The A side What You Do is a patchwork of cross-genres and moods, bouncing along a rolling bassline and artfully selected percussion, dissolving into a breakdown filled with synth stabs and electronic melodies, rising waves of filtered FXs and a killer pitch-down vocal to bring it all together.

The B side Call & Response is instantly recognized for its libidinous bass and echo drenched vocal line providing the gritty anchor to the track, with all the elements speaking to each other, counterweighing the heaviness of the groove.

For the remixes Sync Forward decided to bring in the incredible talent Felipe Cobos and upcoming producer Paul Rodner, to remix the A side of What You Do. In a skillful way and as a true remix master, Felipe Cobos delivers a powerful reinterpretation of the original track, with an electronic bassline, tight snares that resonate throughout the track and moody bass synths elevating it into the perfect party-mood theme.

Paul Rodner shows why he was brought in to this project providing a naked drum groove, echoing vox FXs, with a jumpy bassline and stripped down version of the original, this time featuring a ghostly melodic synth-line deepening the groove and content of its predecessor.
